About LaConsultation Couple & Famille

LaConsultation Couple & Famille (CCF) is an outpatient healthcare institution created in 2013 when the Swiss Parliament declined to regulate healthcare supply in underserved regions, leaving areas with too few practitioners unable to meet population needs. This led to the opening of our first consultation centers in Payerne, Aigle, and Palézieux.

The organization consists of two distinct entities working closely together to ensure the highest quality of patient care. Our interdisciplinary approach (psychiatrists, psychologists, psychiatric nurses, occupational therapists, and speech therapists) provides comprehensive care for individuals (children, adolescents, and adults), couples, and families—combining psychotherapy and psychiatry as needed while ensuring cost-effectiveness, appropriateness, and clinical efficacy.

When you submit an intake request, the information you provide enables us to set up the therapeutic arrangement best suited to your situation (couple or family sessions, or individual sessions with or without psychiatric medical follow-up).

Clinical supervision of all therapists is guaranteed and conducted regularly with a senior supervisor (FSP psychotherapist or FMH specialist in psychiatry and psychotherapy). Medical confidentiality is strictly maintained throughout.

Network collaboration is fundamental to our work: we place special emphasis on working closely with medical professionals (such as family physicians) and allied healthcare providers (home care nurses, occupational therapists), as well as public institutions (schools, youth protection services, and care homes).
